That mods been around for AGES, like, early 2011 AGES

Hmm Wonder why they removed it then ^ ? o.O It was real awesome!

I think if you click someone with a saddle you sit on them... Not sure. If it is that mod, then i think its still on.

The mod is still on but only staff can use it... sadly it would cause too many complaints if players were running around sitting on people.

Also players can sit on others then beat the crap out of them. Myself and heiwashin did this a few times to each other xD
