The player was outside of his designated area. 20+ blocks out. he was in a road. i was removing the part that was in the road. If i'm ban for a week for this, i'm done with the server. I'm not a trouble maker and dont deserve this. I have some talent in making buildings that are attractive and its a waste of time for me to wait a week since i will be busy with my studies.

You were removing parts that he had built inside of his plot and outside of your town. You are not even the owner of the town. I cant dont care what your rank your status is, no one has the right to remove things someone else has built unless you are clearing a grief someone else has performed on you. Your countless arguing and "No I didnt, no I didnt" just makes you sound childish.
