Reasons for wanting to claim the land: I would like to build houses and possibly a clan base here

Contacted the owner? (Ingame and Forums): The owner of the land is bear, who is permabanned

I just remembered I had this claim. I haven't gotten a response since I posted this- is this a good sign, a bad sign, or am I going through the 6 month period?

Once your request is taken, it takes 6 months to process.

Unless this player is Perma-Banned. (It has to say perma-banned on their appeal)

I believe the six months is up. If possible, could I have the land renamed JamesIsland and have mob spawning turned off if not already? Thanks,
