I wonder why this claim was handled so swiftly.

Why am I waiting 6 months to get a claim to actually improve an old region.

Trying to sell a land you just claimed is disgusting. Land claim should not turn into real estate management.

The way i see it land claim is about keeping the server live.

This thread should not be used as an example to what land claimed is right now.

Maybe rethink the rules to disallow this kind of behavior.

Claim decisions are on a case to case basis. If you look at the original post he has full proof from the owner saying he can have the land so it was fine to give him so that is why his claim was dealt with swiftly. If an owner does not reply then the claim takes the full waiting time.

No rules need to be put into place. This is one person that has tried ruining it for the majority because they have no moral standards.

Staff will sort these out on a case by case basis since I don't see a problem with someone claiming land and selling it in the future after they have worked on it but they should not be claiming solely to sell the land.
