When you open up minecraft, don't log-in, hit "options" then click force-update.

Then log-in. Should be good to go. Also, make sure you'r firewall(if you have one, which i assume you do..) Isn't blocking anything minecraft related.

Don't take my word for it... But when you log on and see "pre 1.2.3 import" I think that means your banned. But again, i'm not sure..
