I came back to the Main MineTown server today, to find this huge thing right next to my WIP town.



The owner, shinyhealer5, could see very easily that my town had a road leading this way. For some reason, shiny thought it was okay to build here.





I was wondering if a mod could get this moved/removed as i believe you are not allowed to build close to a town.

I am quite upset shiny decided to build here as he/she could see it is not suitable.

Even if you can't help me, please leave a reply to let me know what you can do.

I understand you are not allowed to build in a 100 block range from a town.

I have discovered it is actually a town. With 2 members.

It is about 7 blocks outside of my town.

I started building Eastwood (My town) roughly 2 months ago.

Please look at when the PE was made for 'Brightside' (The town) and you will see I have been here much longer <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

I also do not understand why whoever was answering the petition would allow a town to be built straight outside of mine?

I have also contacted Shinyhealer5 in-game to inform him that he is not allowed to build so close.

I just spoke to Shinyhealer5 In-game.

I informed him of the rules, and tried to resolve the situation.

But he kept on persisting that I had not contacted him in time, I was just being greedy, etc etc.

I was really nice to start with, as i had not spoke with him before

I have talked this over with shinyhealer and I will be moving the town later tonight, when there is a smaller number of people on the server.
