I was in weekly, and I heard from a player that you cannot set your home. So i tried /sethome, and, as he said, it said it was blocked. Checking to make sure /home set was also blocked, i ran the command. It said "Welcome to your new home!" as always. Just eltting the staff know that you can still set your home there.
