I found this region some time ago, and I decided that there was a pretty cool house there, and a Nice, albiet abandonded and dirty, City there, So, I decided, why not make this region a base to expand and claim the (Unprotected) City nearby. Plus, there is no owner for this region, as you will see in the screenshots. I have no idea who used to own the City, by the way.

It's right next (or on) some land owned by GRIFFF, so you should see with him to claim the land around there.
