Latley I ahve realized that so many people have been being banned so, I wish to give up some of my plentiful free time so i can help process ban appeals and really help things getting moved faster. I just wanted to know how i could become part of the ban commitee. I just dont feel that im carrying any responsability for the prosperity of this server, so any answers will help, Thank you.

We have recently added a new member to the ban committee. When we pick someone for the ban committee it is someone who is a mod/admin. Why? We have a proof of indiscretions thread in the staff section and we have a site for HE. You need to be staff to get acces to both.

You need to apply for to be a Moderator, only trusted players get to be staff and even more trusted ones get to go on the Ban Commitee.

You need to be at least 16 and very responsible.

Take some time designing your application and make sure you are fit for the job.

I have tried applying for moderatoor more thn enough times and i think im more than qualified fo rhte job but i guess noone really wants to give me moderator. I have way to much free time and i really just want to help. It hurts to see that rarely anyone looked at my apllication.

I think Staff Managers (Whoever pick the Moderators) look a lot at what others think of you!

I advise you to help as much as you can as a Member, get to know people, help them.

The staff will then see you as a mature and responsible person and consider you as a Staff Member.

that is the thing though i always ask like every 5 seconds, hey who needs help? but i just guess im not on the staffs radar to care enough.

A tip if you want to be mod: once you make your application, forget aabout it. Its not going anywhere and it wont be forgotten. It helps to stay out of trouble as well. Try to host events or get togethers that benefit the community, it looks good for you if you show active involvement and interest in the community.
