I just recently donated 20 dollars however I am not a member on the server, it's still saying I am a guest so I am not able to do anything. I don't have any other of the donator perks. I have the receipt number and my Minecraft name is the same as my name here.

Yeah don't worry about that. When donations go through they usually take a while to confirm and then to have the permissions and perks applied to your minecraft account.
