I'm not sure what you said, tbh, lmao. But a currency exchange is where you swap, say, USD for euros. So he could set the rate that we have, 50 cobble for 1 gold or something, and someone could come by him and ask for a swap.

Edit : Maybe try outside of spawn, or in faction bases or something. Monopoly on currency wins games.
