Reason you were banned: Being told not to contact pokemongardevoir in any way ( despite speaking to her only once ) because of some 'bullying' which has been apparently taking place on the forums recently. I replied to one of her comments on the forums with no intentions to be offensive, only to answer her question and im sure pokemon knows this and im also sure she knows i have never spoke to her before and have nothing against her. I would also like to point out that the request to have no contact was given during a discussion of bullying therefore i assume the contact was to prevent any offense which i made sure not to do when replying to pokemons comment.



Later we was all raging on mumble about how people are being treat unfairly on the server and i made a joke about ddos'ing the server ( which was a joke ) and someone has taken this seriously and reported it. I also made similar jokes about other issues. I want you to realize that its in the same way as, "oh school has given me detention - lets go bomb it". It obviously isn't going to happen but you always get some nut who believes you.

I have offered to apologize to pokemongardevoir personally if she was offended. This offer was ignored by Dannidorito.

Never been banned once before, Got jailed for a misunderstanding a few months ago for 10 mins and a kick by Danni for making a joke to her ( Not offensive as agreed by players at the time ) and i have played since February 2011 which is longer than most current staff and players so i take that as a good record.

Anyone who has seen these disputes will know exactly how silly they are and realize that i have been banned for a pathetic reason as you can also see in the image i have added. I'm sure those on the ban committee who know me will know that i have no intention of harming minetown as i have played for so long. I am a regular player on the pvp server and the pvp staff will know that i am not anti-minetown.

Personally i think i have been mistreated and placed into a group which i am not apart of and i do understand that dannidorito is just trying to protect pokemon, but im not out to harm pokemon and i just wish she would realize this instead of making assumptions and taking action on non-harmful comments.

Also on an end note i would just like to thank sawine for seeing my side and unban me to make an appeal.

Zak I dont even see this an appeal, you dont seem see what you did wrong nor do you seem remorseful for what you have done. I really dont see any reason at all to unban you.

Lomanic please can we talk in mumble, from what other have told me you havent got the full story.
