A new city I created, anyone may build within the walls of Iceland and will be supplied with any diamond tools or any cobble stone as long as they are a citizen. To become a citizen create a house within Iceland and sign it so I know it is yours. Each house you create you will be given one diamond stone. The warp to Iceland is /warp Iceland.

4: Do not build any mines without my permission.

5: NO LAVA! I hate lava.

6: Do not build outside the city walls.
