Go to your enjin profile (Click your forum name somewhere on your page) and hover over your avatar image. It should say something like 'Change picture'

Nice to see you on minetown. Go on your profile and scroll over your profile picture, you can change your picture from there.

Or if you would like it to be your skin like mine:

On your profile you will see characters on the right hand side. Click on that to add a character.

On the top right corner there will be a 'Add Character' button you will need to press and click minecraft on the drop-down box.

Next log into your minecraft and join the server 'http://mclogin.enjin.com/'. This will auto kick you and give you a password which you type into the add character section and enter. Once thats done it should work. If not just mess around with the settings on your character which should come up on your characters list
