Obtaining an Embassy:
- You need to have both a clan and a town directly associated with that clan to obtain an embassy plot. These can owned by different people, but the town owner must be in the clan.
- Both the clan and town need to have at least 5 individual players (non-alts) as members. However, these 5 members can be the same across both the town and clan.
- The town must be public, have a warp, and have at least 3 properties (plots, pre-built homes, apartents, etc) for sale at the time of purchase.
- Only one plot per clan. A clan can have multiple towns as members, but will only be allowed to purchase one embassy plot.
- Embassy plots cost 10000 MTC to purchase. Make a /ticket at the lot you want to purchase a plot. Once an embassy is purchased, a clan will have one month to complete it.
Maintaining an Embassy:
- Embassies will be checked at the beginning of each month. During the checks, an embassy must possess the following in order to stay. If an embassy fails inspection, they will be given a month to correct the issue.
- All material restrictions that apply to market plots apply to embassy plots as well. The one exception is that you are allowed 5 item frames for use on these plots.
- No shop signs are allowed in an embassy plot
- Both the clan and town must still exist. The clan cannot be deleted and the warp must not be removed.
- The clan and town must still be together, and the town owner must still be in the clan.
- The clan and town must still meet their original membership requirements, and the town must still have at least 3 properties for sale
- At least 3 members of both the clan and town must have been on in the past two weeks at the time of inspection
