I suggest getting a piece of string and r-clicking to see if there is a region.

The answer is, once you got a lot in Ovan City, you can't be in 2 MCtowns, therefore you cannot make an MCtown.

You can make a World Guard town though, mark out the edge of the town and all the plots and type something like /pe new can i have these protected for a World Guard town please.

What? Oh u own ovan shanty town, oh no, city, yeah try making him buy a plot before telling him what to do after dummy... You really are so inexperienced In perms arnt you fella....

I suggest

Becoming a member

Getting the mats to build a town

Then find a piece of land (I suggest waiting for new world)

Then start building, once you have enough built (a couple of buildings or something) ask for it to be protected, as long as you arnt a member of another town then you can use mctowns or if you are then just use world guard
