I am tired of seeing this kind of stuff when mods happen to be offline. These two were particularly disturbing, so I decided to SS and take the time to post.

If this enables the rules to be enforced, I will do it again when I see blatant abuse while mods are offline.

actually i think there were mods on at the time i know i was and ya its very annoying then if u try to enforce rules like dont spam nobody listens if they know a mod is not on ive seen this a couple of times with ts
