There is an abandoned beach hut off of my city, which has been there for quite some time, nobody has edited it, been near it, or even had a region set over it. The chests are not protected, the mine beneath hasnt even been mined in for a long long time, i do not know who owns it, however it is clearly abandoned, when i started making my city last year, i saw the beach hut, and it is the same as it is now. Warp manorstreet, head straight, then right, and up the stairs, and keep heading in that direction and you will see it.

I wish to make it a bait and tackle shop for my city.
