Whenever I type /mail, it says "an internal error occured while attempting to perform this command". Please help. THanks

Hmm, I'm not sure if your mailbox contains a "corrupted message" or something in the database. I was having some errors the other day when I tried to send you a message.

I just tried the commands and they work fine for me.

What happen if you try " /mail ? " " /mail read 1 "

Maybe try also " /mail delete * "

I deleted both the messages and now it works. If both letters were not sent by you, is there a way to retrieve them? If both of them were sent by you, could you resend them or pm me? thanks.

I've had this error before. Do /mail read #, and find the ones causing the issue, and delete them. I believe it has something to do with the clone glitch, not entirely sure though.
