I won't write it out again, so here's what I posted as a support ticket to steam.

"I am writing with regards to the accounts of TPrezzle and Tickerjunkie.

I have an account that I have never used seriously on Steam (my username is TPrezzle / **********@gmail.com)

I recently purchased Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for this account, but did not mean to. I intended to purchase it for my other account, tickerjunkie.

I would like to transfer the Game from TPrezzle's account to Tickerjunkie's account. I am happy to provide authentication of any form via e-mails and identity checks to ensure that this trade is legitimate. You can also check IPs, if possible.

That is the name I am displayed as on steam. My ACCOUNT name is something different.

I use TPrezzle as an account name on an old accountm which is why I got confused.
