hey guys i have A REAL PROBLEM

i have some mods installed and my minecraft kept on crahing so i decided to remove them but it wont let me

it says this

this folder is open in another programme

and it wont delete the files, i have tried force update, no result, i have tried redownloading minecraft, no result

i have no idea how to get rid of these mods i begg you

Close minecraft and then try

Or open up your task manager and see if its opened up somewhere in there. (ctrl + alt + delete, then start task manager)
