Reasons for wanting to claim the land: I'm expanding the townfarm, and I need the space to continue building roads and mob farms

Contacted the owner? (Ingame and Forums): -Must provide screenshot proof of message and also copy/paste of forum messages

Haven't yet contacted on the forums, I'll be doing this now. I've mailed in the past but I don't think I have a record of this. This has has been known idle to the staff for some time. I've attached a screenshot with confirmation from a staff member that this player has not been on recently.

Please do advise if there's anything else I need to do.
