The rules for claiming of someone elses property have been revised to new rules favoring the owners of property. The new rules for someone attempting to claim land are as such:

For cities, large buildings, valuable properties at the discretion of the staff:

-Upon submitting a request to claim someones property, you must wait 6 months to have your request approved. **This rule does not apply to PERMA-BANNED members properties, and will be handled at staff discretion.

-All valuables, chests, so on... will be removed from the region.

-The intentions for the land upon receipt, needs to be listed.

-The owner of the property needs to be contacted in every possible way.

In the case of small relatively low value properties blocking expansion of a town, you may be able to claim it more easily. In order for this to be the case you will need to post a screenshot of the property in question in the claim post. If it is deemed to valuable for a quick reclaim, all of the above rules will apply.

In either case, the staff may entirely deny your request for reasons of value of property, questionable purpose for reclaiming, or other reasons.
