That's a negatory on the phone. I'm in college, so I take notes on my laptop in half my classes, and the teacher no longer cares enough about you personally (especially in classes of 60-140) to check if you're actually taking notes or gaming. The history class I was in when I posted that is mostly just American history, which I've had to take literally a dozen times in elementary and high school, so my attention is minimally required.
