Join the Minetown IRC for some extra fun and chat.

A couple quick guidelines:

1. Keep ban,petition stuff out of IRC. Use the appropriate means for those things.

2. Try actually having a conversation with staff members instead of asking for favors. >.>

3. Don't argue with the OPs. o.O

If you're an IRC Newbie, here how to connect (with XChat):

1. Grab xChat (Win/*Nix). You can use a browser client or another one, but xChat is free and nice.

2. Fill in a nickname, username, and "Real Name" (honestly, can repeat your username)

3. Add Espernet to the server list.

- Click "Add" button

- Single-click new entry to Edit to "Espernet" (or whatever) and hit enter to save name.

- Hit "Edit" button

- Single-click first entry in servers box and edit to "irc.esper.net" and enter to save.

- If you want to automatically open the minetown channel when you connect, add #minetown to "Favorite channels"

- Hit close

4. With Espernet selected, hit "Connect"

What is this?

Anything other than Ventrilo/Teamspeak/Mumble is rubbish, sorry.

Teamspeak is awesome, 'cause every raider on WoW uses it.

Ventrilo is awesome, 'cause every raider on WoW prefers it.

Mumble is awesome, 'cause every raider on WoW knows it.

Now this... 'xChat thing' is unknown to my blood. Meaning it's a tool used by noobs and raiders who can't even conquer raids of the previous expansion.
