Great idea, although I'm sure there are some mods/plugins out there that already let you do this.

I love this idea and it would make my life a whole lot easier! I mass produce a few things so I can build the large electronic devices I have. This would be perfect for repeaters, pistons, etc. I hope it gets implemented one day!

convenient inventory already does this... and while is sounds great it messes you up ALOT.

Agreed, it's a damn pain. I ended up uninstalling it.

I'm sure you could program a macro to do this though.

This convenient inventory? It looks like it does let you craft things by the stack or by the inventoryful, but that's not what my suggestion is.

What I'm thinking of will load everything into the crafting grid, but will leave the actual crafting up to the player... so if you need three of something, you can pull three out, and if you need a stack, shift-click.
