While doing some construction near /warp SHadowExp, a silk touch pick appeared in my inventory. Was it given with a /give command? Did someone drop it near that area? I don't know how this happened. What should i do with it?

I gave it to Yeild to be destroyed, as Danny had already refunded me the pickaxe, just kept the P.E. open for the other items.
