Of course flying isn't enabled!

It can get you permabanned simply because it is, in a way, cheating on Survival servers.

Is your client modded ?

i had full diamond armor and a diamond sword and pick in my inventory so yes, delete my playerfile if i can get my stuff back

Yeah, this happened to me. I accidentally went into the ender portal and when the credits started to roll, it get kicked for flying. I even tried to quickly use my KeyBind mod when I logged in to warp away, but it didn't work. Then I tried hitting the ESC key too, and I eventually warped out of there, which was fortunate, since I had a full inventory of stuff.

Annoying isnt it
