If you don't mind about getting Windows updates like I do (because I don't want them), there is an easy fix for this I've done for myself, because it was really annoying for me.
If he is a system administrator, press
Windows+R (or go to Run.exe in Start Menu search), type in "services.msc" (without quotations) and hit enter. Then find "
Windows Update" in the list, right click on it, press
Properties and set
Startup type to
Disabled. Finally what you need to do is close Properties window, right click on Windows Update again and press
Stop. Now you'll never receive Windows updates again <object class="emojione" data="

Hope this helps! <object class="emojione" data="
