I am in the need of someone with creative services and access to proper editing programs, to build me a.. Logo.. of sorts.

Millenium has never truly had a dedicated logo, until now of which I have recently made. However, it is bland and simply uninteresting.

I have always seen animated pixel art that moves, or flashy animations using adobe. What I would like have created, would be a Moving Flag, with my city's Emblem on it. As tho it was being moved in the wind.

I am prepared to pay ingame whatever is needed to make this, due to the fact I need a logo for when I make my Factions' Dedicated Forum Thread. Albiet it, I want this completed as quickly as possible, and will pay extra to have this done. I will pay in gold and diamonds.

Yes, I have a link containing the music I'd like to use. As long as the artist's credit is put in, I don't see a problem with using it.
