There are two different types of multiplayer servers. SMP (Survival Multiplayer) and Classic Multiplayer servers. Minetown is a SMP server. You can tell the difference because we get day and night, candles, tools and things like that. If you join a classic server all they have are blocks and you can instantly add or delete a block without tools. The different color blocks you see is not a mod, that is how classic multiplayer servers are. That list that you are looking at is a list of Classic Multiplayer servers. Every single one of those are classic multiplayer. As of right now the only list of SMP servers is http://servers.minecraftforum.net/ and all they do is tell you the IP address. I believe the only reason that you are able to play on your PSP is because classic multiplayer servers are free and you dont have to have bought the game on your psp to play. I dont think that there is any way to play a Survival Multiplayer on your PSP unless somehow you guy the game on your psp and just insert our IP address to connect.
