Hey, i just got accepted an hour ago. is there a time gap between then and now that gives me access to many features, because I cannot warp, nor "build"

depends on what you mean by accepted. Accepted as in forum account accepted doesn't give you membership on the server itself, that's dealt with at minetown.net/join. If you submitted an application or donated there, it was accepted, and you still don't have perms, let an officer get around to it.

it was the server application. a lot of commands don't work, mainly the /pe commands

The username you specified, in your app, was cdj_10 and that was the name I set to member. Looking at the online list, I'm guessing your username is really cdj10.
