i actually joined but when i try to chat on the server it say u dont have permission to talk global and i cant build

You need to make an application, have it accepted and then you need to be manually whitelisted. Only members can build and speak in the main world.

i already submited the application and iv been waiting and how do u be manually whitelisted can u tell me

Moderators have to manually whitelist you. I'm not a mod, so I'm not really sure.

You just have to be patient, moderators will accept your application (if it's good enough) and then you will be allowed to do member stuff, like build and chat in global, shortly after. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

Most applications , if they are good enough , will get accepted around 48 hours

Or

When ever the mods get a chance to look through them.

But also, mabye your application didnt get accepted , but you might need to talk to staff about that .
