I live near that place. It isn't mine but, it's probably safe enough to say that it belongs to TPrezzle, due to the fact that his name is in the ice, as Ghostass and Pokemon said.

I couldn't figure out what it said because I couldn't tell what the first letter was because my computer is crud. But as I said before, it seems totally untouched.

Use string and right click the building to find out the region name.

Then use /region info <RegionName> to find out more details.

Once you find out who the owner/members of the region are post them onto this forum and we can tell you if they are active or not x
