Hello i made a district then made the plots but when i add the sign for sale i get a message

Successfully created For sale sign

You put region <name> up for sale for 100 MT credits

If the region is sold, the profits are for nobody

a friend bought it just to check if il get the MT

but i didnt get anything

how i can fix this or a mod can?

i made several Pe in game but the answer was its not working cause someone needs to buy it first or that i did something wrong..

maybe i didnt explained it enough....
