Hello, WSword here!

I am fairly new to Minetown, and while waiting for my application to be approved/declined, I am trying to access the Guest World. But, the portal in the spawn is down and the warp won't work? May I have some help on this matter?

Guest world is down temporarily due to the 1.2 update. It will be back up. Sometime. In the future. Or something. Yeah.

Fettuccini is correct, the guest, war, and event worlds are temporarily down due to the load that the plugin was placing on the server after the 1.2.3 update. They will be returning as soon as we can do so with acceptable performance levels.
