Seems a nice idea, but I don't see the point of it.

After looking at a video, I've seen that the water monster is invisible... seems to be more disruptive than constructive and fun. Plus new players would think the water's messed up (AAAAAAHH AAAAAAAAAAAHH IM DROWNING).

Make it a Gyrados and you have my full support. Which doesn't count for much anyways.
