Player wanting to claim: Le_Daedalus

Warp name to land: No warp, but a home: /home Le_Daedalus GeorgeTown

Reasons for wanting to claim the land: After recent, unfortunate events. The previous owner was banned, and is behaving quite stubbornly. I've put some effort into the place as well, and don't want to see it die. I'd eventually like to pair it with the other town I've been working on.

Contacted the owner?: I currently have a confirmation that I may have the land mentioned, but nothing more than a verbal agreement. I will attempt to contact previous owner using the website, or via email.

We need to see screenshot evidence of you having tried to message the user on the forums and in-game.

Also, I'm going to lock this thread and ask that you make your post as a reply to this thread, since that's where the land claim requests normally go.
