I have recently tried to change my name color to a different one but it said i had to have donated at least $15. Which i had already donated $20 and it won't let me do Colored Names or Colored Sign Text (Which probably all the other perks don't work). I am planning on to donate more but i already donated $20 and I think that it just went to waste...

If your donation has already been confirmed, it's probably due to the plugins being broken but, it being fixed. Try to make a PE in game stating your email that is associated with paypal to receive your perks. This could be wrong, however. Also, patience is virtue.
