Reasons for wanting to claim the land: My Friend Cheezyy hasn't play in a bit and a couple of day ago he told me in person that he was done with Minecraft pfor a couple of years. i would like this area because it has 2 iron golem Spawers and it has some cool stuff. He also has a Spawner that i would like to get with this as well, if you need me too i get get to that as well.

Contacted the owner? (Ingame and Forums) -PROVIDE PROOF-: I did on the website, and he said he could come on and say its okay
