An example would be /pe new I'm supposed to be a (amount) donator, but I'm only (amount) or something along the lines of /pe new I just donated another (amount) dollars, please fix rank, thank you.

Anytime! Not saying staff don't check the forums, but you're more likely to catch them in game. If its been a few days and they haven't answered your skyblock PE, might try one on Agharta, as thats the 'most popular' server right now.
