It says that we have pvp off. Then, when we try to turn it on, it says we dont have permission. Was this done on purpose? Thanks.
The same applies to the nether. Even after you get past the line that divides mob-spawning areas, I still cannot attack people.
There was a change in the PVP mod we use.
The way it *should* be working:
Use "/pvp" to toggle your pvp status. If it's off, it should turn on; if it's on, it should turn off.
If you hit someone who has PVP on, it will turn your PVP on if it is off
If you engage in PVP, or someone engages you in PVP, it starts a 10-second cooldown. Until this cooldown expires, you cannot turn your pvp off, /home, /spawn, /mvtp, /vault, /warp, or teleport. Each PVP hit should reset the cooldown for both players.
This is to prevent players from cheating at PVP by teleporting away.
Edit: Permissions indeed do seem to be misconfigured. I'll contact one of the admins about this and get it fixed if they haven't already seen this thread.

Can such features be used in the normal world?
Those features should be applicable in all worlds.
ok thanks.
Permissions should be fixed now. Thanks for reporting!
Is there anywhere that has pvp enforced though?
At the moment, no. Sayomie is still going through the plugin and working that out.
