I have been jailed becasue mechman007 took my items, so i took them back and get jailed for it. Its only 2hours jail time buts its bullcrap having to do that because of this noob greifer. I think you souldnt let him in to the sever, ban him before he does anything worse.

No thats made up by him, i checked his chest becasue the rules were he all dirt had to go towards the town and he didnt obey that rule. So he carried on not obying the rules so i warned him if he dosnt i will take him out of the region and take his house away. But he didnt listen so i took him away. The story that i took his stuff, quickly removed him from the region and took his house down is all fake

The chests were privated by Mechman, and ALL but 1 transactions made in those chests, were made by him. There were 40 total transactions, and you made 1, to remove the items.
Considering he had privates the chests, then you asked him to unprivate them, and then you proceeded to take the items from the chest, I consider this a theft.
REMEMBER: If you give a player an item, to store in a chest that is OWNED by him, it becomes HIS item. He doesn't have to give it back, because we have no proof that THOSE are his items. We only know if they own the chests.
You also can't take them from the chest, because if he gets mad and reports it, Hawkeye would show it as theft.
The lesson: Use your own chest. It only costs 2 logs to make one.
