Ok i may regret this but POke you are not the police. You are a prime example of what not to do on this server. You were given a second chance on the server and should not be using it to try and get others in trouble. You started doing that before your admission to cheating as well. Yes if someone griefs or steals from you on the main server you have every right to put in a pe just like everyone else. This was a test server. Take your second chance and just play the darn game. Quit trying to be a mod/sherlock holmes

So you are publicly posting screen shots of a player supposedly stealing from your player-made grief trap on a server with no rules, when the only proof you have is word of mouth.

I'm not trying to troll here, I'm simply pointing out that you are publicly denouncing a player with the same proof as people who always say "My little brother did it" have. You don't need to do this stuff, it doesn't make anyone look any better. Just play the game and if they truly interfere with you or do something serious, then report them.
