This thread is NOT related to the incident that occured earlier today todo with Sloop. I am writing to get back my stuff. This is what happend:

Logan put into the Global chat that he wanted to have a pvp match. I then asked him where to meet. He then told me to go to spawn. From there he wanted to fight at his own warp, LoganShop. We did not state any rules before the match so I assumed it was a normal pvp in the normal world.

The fight began and I killed him fair and square. He then told me to give his stuff back. This caused conflict between us because it was a pvp and usually people keep the items. I gave in and gave back his Diamond armour and sword back as I thought that it was the right thing to do. We both continued to fight and I continued to give back his stuff.

During that fight I agreed not to intefere with Logan or Sloop. I was just spectating. The chat will prove that I agreed not to fight. Logan began hitting me whilst he was attacking Sloop. As I was not prepared he killed me and took my expensive contents. I would just like Logan to give it back, my enchanted armor, sword and bow back as I was not involved in the fight. I gave Logan's stuff back, why can't he.

Gingmax's post is true, Logan did provoke an attacks from Gingmax in the middle of his fight with me. I would appreciate if at least Gingmax got his stuff back and then we can drop this whole thing. Danni has locked the other thread but if Logan returned the items to Gingmax, his bow, armour and sword...etc that would be epic.

You weren't obligated to give his things back in a PVP match. Sounds to me like he tricked you into it.

At the same time, he's not obligated to give your things back.

However he was sneaky and underhanded about it. For manipulating you about the rules, I'm jailing him for a short time.

Thank you Irethena but I would much rather have my stuff back than him being jailed. Is it possible that you can ask Logan politely to give my stuff back? As I was Not involved in the fight and we both agreed not to hurt each other. He broke the rules and killed me .
