But when we logged on yesterday , it said "Can Not Chat In Global". Apparently he is still a guest it would seem.

Can you let me know if we can fix this up or do we start the application process again?

After your application gets approved you still have to wait for a mod to whitelist you on the server.

But if you can not even chat in guest world or global , how is it possible to do that. Blaster360 is online now , can a mod whitelist him then please?

First, there's no need to start the application process again. You've done the right thing by starting a topic on the forums, and the mods will see it and make sure this gets resolved as soon as they see it.

Usually players are whitelisted automatically after the application is approved, but we get 100-200 applications each day, so sometimes a name gets missed. For this, we apologize.
