So I recently found this area, and it has chests, with stuff in them, and furnaces, also with stuff in them, and I was just wandering if anyone owned it and has proof that they own it. There are no worldguard regions in the area, and the chests were unlocked, probably from the LWC wipe, which means whoever did own it hasn't been on for a while. I am asking because I would like to claim this area, as long as no one else already has proof of ownership. Also could a mod possibly check it out to see if there is anything to show who owned it previously? Thanks!

I suggest you make a pe and ask if they can use HE on chests/floor
