This happened twice. Tried talkign to Jayam, but he wouldnt answer.

Is this a new change made to the server? Is this a bug?

It's probably just the lag. Items SEEM to disappear, but they are really there. I died, falling to my death. I thought my items disappeared but, I walked around my death spot and found those items.

Yeah that has happened to me multiple times. So I waled around his death spot a couple of times, but still no items. It happened twice

Its the donator perk. It has happened to me many of times with other donators so yeah..

true, but i normally only go to the nether/end with a pick to get materials.

It does say that but I have had many experiences with donators who don't drop their items after death by PVP
