Turns out when the sun is sky high, in the uncharted areas, Creepers, Skeles, Spiders, and Spider Jockeys are still alive. I was cutting some wood down and this creeper just came behind me and exploded. I dont think it was fair that I died. I want me stuff back. I also only got back 3 things. A stack of wood, 1 seed, and 8 stone. I mean when the sun is up is our time to gather without worring about getting killed. This happened at bluetown.

What Jahao said, Those mobs would have been under trees and the like, and If you didn't know that creepers can stay alive during the day, That's your own fault.

Edit: Misread what you said. That isn't actually a glitch at all. It's just you having bad luck.

Well, it is fair. Creepers don't burn when exposed to the sun.

Still, refunds are not given for gameplay issues, only major server administration issues (like a plugin mishap wiping your inventory, and even then, it would be dependent upon what you lost).

What you saw was either the result of lag, or because the chunk was unloaded when it was night, and then re-loaded during the day, at which point the mobs were re-loaded and took a bit before the game updated that sun was hitting them, or they were beneath trees, overhangs, or something else blocking sunlight directly above them. Spiders don't burn during the day either, and a skeleton will happily sit beneath a tree and shoot you as long as you're in range. This is all normal gameplay.
