I just orderd a small server For me and some friends and maby will get larger at a time...(Dunno)

im having a small problem with finding a way to install plugins To the server

Cuz i have no freaking clue how to do it

(Trying to put in the worldguard and WE plugins for now)

But having no clue how to do this

Can anyone just help me and try to tell me how to get it to work?xD
